From around 2012 to 2014, while reading for my degree, I built and ran a family-owned restaurant — full ownership of concept, hiring, suppliers, and day-to-day operations. Before that, I housesat, pet-sat, and tutored maths and English to fund my hobbies. The pattern was already there: see what's missing, build the system, run it.
